In other unrelated terms, BIG SURPRISE!!! The House voted no on the 750 billion dollar bailout! Who could have seen that one coming...yeah just teaches a little lesson to other badly run banks out there not to give loans to people who cant pay them back. I mean I am no economic expert or anything but lets just say that Susie and George Welfare want to buy a house and their combined total income is roughly around 20,000 a year (dear god almost what I make), why in the hell would you give them a loan for the amount of 350,000 dollars for a house? Hmm common sense people, common sense.


Im sure there are plenty of other factors out there but the simple truth remains that because of the weird Economic state we are in, It would be much better to settle for your measly apartment then to be one of the low life's (not in all cases so don't get offended if you did this) who couldn't pay their loan payments on their absurdly overpriced house. So therefore going into this Fall season lets make sure to keep our wallets a little closer to home than going out and buying that LCD TV you always wanted before Christmas, because a reality check every now and then can go a little way.
